These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital training modules sold on philkhosah.com (“The Routine”). By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.
A training module is a set of pre-recorded video lessons. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream those videos for your own use. You may not download, copy, record, share, resell, or redistribute the videos or your account access. Access is tied to the email you purchase with.
Payments are one-time and processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
All sales are final. Because these are digital products delivered instantly and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure the module is right for you before you buy. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
The Routine provides basketball training and physical conditioning content for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You train at your own risk, and Phil Khosah and The Routine are not liable for any injury or loss resulting from use of this content. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
You're responsible for keeping your email access secure. Sharing access may result in your access being revoked without refund. We may update or remove content over time.
